Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/2 cup Cherry Krush Hot Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Season and Sear the Beef:
- Season the thinly sliced flank steak with salt and black pepper.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Sear the beef slices until browned. Remove beef from the wok and set aside.
Stir-Fry Vegetables:
In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry the red and yellow bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, and grated ginger until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a bowl, mix together Cherry Krush Hot Sauce, soy sauce, and honey.
Combine and Glaze:
Return the seared beef to the wok and pour the hot sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Toss until everything is well coated and heated through.
Serve:
Transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve over rice or noodles.
